Executive Leadership Circles

Executive Leadership Circles allow a person to participate in a Professional Coaching Circle environment. The purpose is to identify specific goals and issues. Ideas, issues and comments are shared among the group.  The "1, 2, 3, A, B, C" Coaching Process is used in the group coaching program. It consists of the following:

  1. Identify your goals
  2. Prioritize your goals
  3. Develop an action plan

  1. Accomplishments
  2. Bullets
  3. Challenge

Once the individual goals are identified each participant discusses and shares their experience and progress since the past meeting.

Coaching Points

  • Each group will meet once per month at a predetermined time.
  • Members benefit from the interaction with their peers, generating a sense of team and support in addition to the coaching and mentoring.

Note 1: The Executive Leadership Circle process, sometimes know as a Coaching Circle, has met with a great degree of success with many professionals.

Note 2: The participants do not necessarily need to be a member of the same company, same community or same industry in order to benefit from Executive Leadership Circles.
