Give employees the opportunity to participate. This gives them a sense of ownership in the project and in the company. It gives them the chance to increase their self-worth.
When an employee feels good about working for your company, they want to come to work.
3. Fun:
It is ok to have fun on the job!
Smile: People respond to smiles and other positive actions in a favorable manner. It is an inexpensive and effective way to improve productivity.
Laugh: Laughing sends oxygen to the brain, which helps you be more productive.
Relax: Enjoy your job. Give others a chance to enjoy their job, too.
